Administrative Coordinator

Main Tasks:

· Assist and manage various accounting tasks as periodically assigned such as invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, insurance paperwork, control of agreements, etc.
. Familiarized with the Israeli tax system.
. Familiarized with the Singaporean tax system or willing to learn with our accountant.
· Perform administrative and support in the day-to-day operations (Travel arrangements) as needed.
· Research and resolve matters. Accuracy is a must.

Skills and Requirements:

. To perform this job successfully, organization and attention to detail are needed.
. Ability to interact with people (team workers, customers and suppliers, etc.) in a professional manner.
· High level of English is required. Perfect or well-versed in Spanish or Hebrew. Optional: Bahasa, Korean and Chinese.
· Ability to travel Worldwide
